“Just returned from a hen weekend travelling from Bristol to Brighton. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received-everything was easy to arrange and book, the minibus was clean, comfortable and spacious and Richard our driver was fantastic. He was polite, friendly and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met including a detour on the Sunday which we had pre-arranged to fit one last activity for the hen on the way home. First class service and would highly recommend.”

“No Issues Finding Our Accommodation & Dropped Us Off Right Outside the Front Door”
“Yes, we are the hen party responsible for the pink feathers :) I can't rate Richard & Citibus Limited enough & would 100% recommend to anyone. Having to organise transport for 16 people of all different ages, I thought it was going to be an impossible task but finding Citibus was a life saver. I spoke to Richard the night before we were due to travel to Brighton just to introduce myself. He was really friends & understanding of all the questions I had. Arrived on time & as a true gentleman help, 16 ladies load their bags. The trip down was easy & when we needed an unscheduled stop it wasn't an issue for him at all. No issues finding our accommodation & dropped us off right outside the front door. We were a little unsure of how the pickup would go on the Sunday with it being the Brighton Marathon & most roads were closed. Richard was in constant contact with me on the progress he was making in trying to get to us. He ended up picking us up a 5-minute walk. I can't thank Richard enough for making the journey to & from Brighton as easy as possible. From all the bridesmaids we want to say a massive thank you. We'll be keeping your number saved for next hen do.”
“It Is Worth Mentioning That the Price Quoted for the Return Journey Was Very Competitive”
“Excellent service from Citibus.. I used them recently for a return journey to Luton Airport as I had a big group of family travelling over from Ireland. Richard was great - he kept in touch to check the status of the flight and he was waiting for us when we made our way to the pickup point. We had to change the time for the pickup for the return journey and Richard was happy to oblige. I would not hesitate to use Citibus again and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is worth mentioning that the price quoted for the return journey was very competitive..I will definitely use them again.”

“Fantastic service, fantastic driver and a top-quality minibus. Richard drove us to and from Cheltenham yesterday, a 2hr+ journey each way, and even though it was a long journey it was really comfortable, and Richard was a real sport. He was happy to stop at a service station at our request, turn the music on and off, turn the air con up, down and off!! I can't fault this minibus service and have already recommended it to friends of ours. I will certainly be sure to contact Richard again in the future. Thanks Richard!”

He put up with all our noise, constant "how long Richard?" questions and numerous toilet and snack stops!
